Wolverine TV: Thoughts, intel on top Michigan targets Jadyn Davis, Nyckoles Harbor
The Wolverine’s EJ Holland was in Charlotte and Washington D.C. last weekend seeing elite 2024 Michigan quarterback target Jadyn Davis and five-star 2023 athlete target Nyckoles Harbor.
Davis completed 11-of-14 passes for 202 yards and five touchdowns en route to leading his Providence Day team to a 56-7 win over Charlotte (N.C.) Country Day in the first round of the playoffs.
On the flip side of the coin, Harbor recorded two tackles, one sack and a two-point conversion in Washington (D.C.) Archbishop Carroll’s 30-9 win over Leonardtown (Md.) St. Mary’s Ryken.
Get Holland’s thoughts and the latest intel on both targets on this week’s episode of the Road Report.
Davis visited Michigan twice this summer, including for the BBQ at The Big House in late July. He also visited Michigan twice this fall and was just on campus for U-M’s big win over rival Michigan State.
Michigan is not actively recruiting any 2023 quarterbacks and is making Davis its top overall priority at the position regardless of class.

Michigan hosted Harbor for an official visit as he took in U-M’s win over Maryland in September and got an in-depth look at the program on and off the field.
“It went well,” Harbor said. “They rolled out the red carpet. I saw everything. I saw the football side, the academic side and the student side. It was a really good official visit.”
One of the most fascinating recruits in recent memory, Harbor is a freak athlete at 6-foot-5, 225 pounds with 10.22 speed. Harbor may project best as an EDGE, but he is leaning towards playing wide receiver or tight end at the next level.
Michigan has 15 commits in its 2023 recruiting class — On300 offensive tackle Evan Link, On300 EDGE Enow Etta, consensus four-star offensive lineman Amir Herring, four-star EDGE Collins Acheampong, four-star running back Cole Cabana, four-star linebacker Semaj Bridgeman, four-star tight end Deakon Tonielli, three-star wide receivers Semaj Morgan and Fredrick Moore, three-star defensive lineman Brooks Bahr, three-star running back Benjamin Hall, three-star EDGE Aymeric Koumba, three-star tight end Zack Marshall, three-star athlete Kendrick Bell and three-star kicker Adam Samaha.
