Michigan hosted a number of talented recruits for its statement win over rival Michigan State last month, including 2023 Provo (Utah) Timpview offensive lineman Spencer Fano.

The On300 prospect enjoyed his official visit and has Michigan in his top group ahead of a decision next month.

The Wolverine’s EJ Holland takes a closer look at Fano and breaks down his recruitment in this week’s Recruit of the Week segment.

Watch below.

Michigan, Clemson, Utah and Oregon are the finalists for Fano, who is set to make his final decision on Dec. 6. Clemson will receiver his final visit. Oregon is considered the team to beat on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.

At 6-foot-4, 250 pounds, Fano is ranked as the No. 13 offensive tackle and No. 160 overall prospect in the country. He is also ranked as the No. 1 overall recruit in the state of Utah, per On3.
