Head coach Jeff Lebby making offseason staff changes
Mississippi State’s roster is not the only thing going through changes this offseason. The same can be said for head coach Jeff Lebby and his staff heading into the 2025 campaign.
On Sunday, school officials confirmed an earlier report by Gene’s Page247 that the Bulldogs are hiring former Colorado offensive line coach Phil Loadholt and former Colorado defensive ends coach Vincent Dancy. Loadholt is expected to replace offensive line coach Cody Kennedy, who was on Lebby’s first staff at Mississippi State this past season.
Loadholt is a former seven-year veteran of the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings and he has a past with Lebby. Loadholt worked as an offensive assistant at UCF, Ole Miss and Oklahoma with Lebby in previous years before coaching the Colorado offensive line this season.
