Postseason accolades continue to come in for Mississippi State signees/commitments after a strong season on the baseball diamond.

Among three of the most accomplished players in the class are Alabama RHP Braden Booth, LHP Charlie Foster and Michigan OF Dante Nori. Both of these Bulldog commitments earned their position on the Perfect Game All-American list on Friday afternoon.

Booth was named to a list of just 12 players nationally that made the First-Team All-American list by the publication and he was the only one to have the distinction of being selected as a two-way player. The pride of Bob Jones, Booth led his team to the Class 7A state championship in the state.

Booth did it both on the mound and at the plate as he finished 13-1 pitching with a 1.51 ERA and 127 strikeouts in 83.1 innings. Offensively, he had a .429 batting average with 10 home runs, 49 RBI and 57 runs scored with an OPS of 1.333. As the MVP of the state championship series, Booth batted .700 and hit three home runs in those stretch of games.

Booth was named the Gatorade Player of the Year in the state of Alabama this year and joined Hunter Stovall (2015), Pico Kohn (2019) and Maddox Bruns (2020) as State signees selected in the last 10 seasons.

As for Nori, he was named a Third-Team All-American after a tremendous senior season for Northville. The Mr. Baseball in the state of Michigan, Nori led the team to the first state championship in school history this season and batted .477 with 14 doubles, seven triples, two home runs, 52 runs scored, 21 RBI and 20 stolen bases.

Nori is currently taking part in the MLB Draft Combine this week as he tries to improve his stock for the Draft next month. He has been projected as a top three round player this season but also has the option to come to school and play for the Bulldogs right away next season.

Foster also made the Third-Team list after putting together a great year for Brookwood HS in Georgia. A longtime commitment to Georgia, Foster recently decommitted from the Bulldogs and opened things back up a couple of weeks ago. He visited MSU and had a final five that included State, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Clemson and Florida State, but he would choose MSU earlier this week.

The LHP was 8-2 with a 1.03 ERA and struck out 96 batters in 54.1 innings with just 23 walks.

Also making the All-American list this week is 2025 commitment Joseph “JoJo” Parker with a Third-Team nod. The Purvis native just finished off his third-straight season batting over .400. He hit .464 as a junior with 39 hits, 10 doubles, seven home runs and 53 runs scored. JoJo has a twin brother, Jacob, that is also committed to the Bulldogs.
