It’s tournament time for Mississippi State.

The Bulldogs are set for the third NCAA Tournament under head coach Chris Jans and State heads into Friday’s game looking to grab the first win in the Big Dance since 2008. To do that, MSU will have to take down a Baylor team that has grown accustomed to playing and winning inside the tournament since head coach Scott Drew has been the head coach.

Who: No. 9 seed Baylor Bears (19-14) vs. No. 8 seed Mississippi State (21-12)

When: Friday, March 21, 11:15 p.m. CT

Where: Lonovo Center, Raleigh, NC

TV: Wednesday’s game is on CBS with Ian Eagle (play-by-play), Bill Raftery and Grant Hill (color) and Tracy Wolfson (sideline) on the call.  

Streaming:  The game can be streamed through your TV, phone or tablet through the March Madness app .

Odds Are:

According to the Action Network, Mississippi State comes into Friday’s game as a -1.5 favorite. The line opened at +1.5 for the Bulldogs but moved the other way. The over/under is set at 146.5 with a Moneyline of MSU -118, Baylor -102.

State is 16-17 against the spread this season. Mizzou is 13-19.

Predictions:

Injury Report:

With the game being out of the SEC, there are no more injury reports. The Bulldogs are however expected to be fully healthy for the contest outside of Kanye Clary’s season-ending injury.
