2025 Mississippi State commitments

Westgate (La.) High School (6-2) 42, Northside (La) High School 28 – Westgate WR Davian Jackson; season stats: 30 rushes for 294 yards and two touchdown, 17 catches for 301 yards and five touchdowns.

Liberty (La.) Magnet 18, Scotlandville (La.) Magnet (1-8) 6 – Scotlandville WR Ferzell Shepard; season stats: 24 catches for 246 yards and three touchdowns.

Bartlett (Tenn.) High School (6-3) 19, Whitehaven (Tenn.) High School 14 – Bartlett RB Geron Johnson; season stats: 139 rushes for 1,012 yards and 15 touchdowns, three kickoff returns for 145 yards and a touchdown.

Madison (Ala.) Academy (6-4) 21, Westminster (Ala.) Academy 17 – Madison Academy LB AJ Rice; season stats: 104 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, three forced fumbles and three PBUs.

Percy Julian (Ala.) High School (5-4) 19, Benjamin Russell (Ala.) High School 13 – Percy Julian DL Christopher Johnson; season stats: 22 tackles (17 solos), four tackles for loss, .5 sack, three quarterback hurries and one forced fumble. Also blocked one field goal.

Gulf Shores (Ala.) High School (4-6) 46, Murphy (Ala.) High School 0 – Gulf Shores RB Kolin Wilson; season stats: 203 carries for 1,565 yards and 14 touchdowns, 17 catches for 187 yards and one touchdown, 13 of 14 passing for 118 yards and one touchdown. Also 17 kickoff returns for 292 yards.

Miami Central (Fla.) High School (8-1) open date – Miami Central WR/DB Sekou Smith Jr.; season stats: 16 catches for 367 yards and four touchdowns, one rush for one yard. On defense, one tackle (one solo).

East Coweta (Ga.) High School (4-5) 31, Chapel Hill (Ga.) High School 6 – East Coweta CB Derrion Horsley; season stats: 20 tackles (14 solos), two interceptions (one returned for a touchdown), six PBUs, two tackles for loss, one forced fumble and one blocked field goal. On offense one catch for 10 yards and one touchdown, six kickoff returns for 138 yards and one punt return for five yards.

Florida State University (Fla.) High School 30, Mosley (Fla.) High School (9-1) 27 – Mosley DB/RB Lo’Kavion Jackson; season stats: 38 carries for 607 yards and 16 touchdowns, four catches for 47 yards. On defense had 49 tackles (32 solos) seven tackles for loss, four quarterback hurries, four sacks, five forced fumbles, two PBUs and two fumble recoveries (one returned for a touchdown). Also two punt returns for 48 yards and two kickoff returns for 32 yards.

Noxubee County High School (7-2) 41, McLaurin High School 3 – Noxubee County QB Kamario Taylor was 6 of 10 passing for 103 yards with two touchdowns and one interception (only played first quarter); season stats: 107 of 191 for 1,766 yards with 25 touchdowns and four interceptions, 79 rushes for 825 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Velma Jackson High School (8-1) 35, Nanih Waiya High School 7 – Velma Jackson LB/RB Tyshun Willis; season stats: 41 tackles (32 solos), 28 tackles for loss, 12 sacks, three fumble recoveries (three returned for a touchdowns), two forced fumbles and three quarterback hurries. Also returned a blocked punt for a touchdown. On offense, 28 rushes for 439 yards and seven touchdowns, 13 catches for 265 yards and four touchdowns. Also eight punt returns for 446 yards.

Madison Central High School (7-2) 31, Starkville High School 8 – Madison Central OL Josiah Clemons.

Copiah-Lincoln Community College (5-4) 44, Northeast Mississippi Community College 14 – Copiah-Lincoln LB LaKendrick James had five tackles (two solos) and two tackles for loss; season stats: 36 tackles (22 solos), 7.5 tackles for loss, three sacks, three PBUs, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.

East Mississippi Community College (5-4) 51, Holmes Community College 0 – East Mississippi DB Tony Mitchell did not play; season stats: 16 tackles (11 solos), three tackles for loss, two PBUs, one quarterback hurry, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. East Mississippi DL Zavion Hardy had five tackles (two solos), one sack, one tackle for loss, one forced fumble and two quarterback hurries; season stats: 18 tackles (10 solos), 5.5 tackles for loss, one sack, one forced fumble and our quarterback hurries.

Winona High School (5-5) 56, Edwards High School 28 – Winona LB Tyler Lockhart; season stats: 70 tackles (29 solos), nine tackles for loss, two sacks, one fumble recovery and one blocked field goal.

2026 Mississippi State commitments

Tupelo High School (9-0) open date – Tupelo RB Jaeden Hill; season stats: 134 carries for 1,368 yards and 22 touchdowns, 10 catches for 145 yards and one touchdown. Also one kickoff return for 82 yards and a touchdown. Tupelo DB Iverson McCoy; season stats: 32 tackles (24 solos), five PBUs, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and one interception. Also three punt returns for 18 yards and three kickoff returns for 91 yards.

Airline (La.) High School (9-0) 35, Byrd (La.) Central High School 21 – Airline WR Kenny Darby; season stats: 63 catches for 1,202 yards and 18 touchdowns. On defense, five tackles (five solos) and three PBUs.

Kemper County High School (9-1) 24, Southeast Lauderdale High School 0 – Kemper County RB/DB Damarius Yates; season stats: 103 carries for 1,147 yards and 15 touchdowns, 19 catches for 362 yards and three touchdowns. Also six kickoff returns for 169 yards and one touchdown, and four punt returns for 80 yards and one touchdown.
