Westgate (La.) High School (8-2) 28, St. Amant (La.) High School 20 in first round of Class 4A playoffs – Westgate WR Davian Jackson; season stats: 43 rushes for 403 yards and two touchdown, 17 catches for 301 yards and five touchdowns.

Buford (Ga.) High School 57, East Coweta (Ga.) High School (4-6) 9 in first round of Class 6A playoffs – East Coweta CB Derrion Horsley; season stats: 21 tackles (15 solos), two interceptions (one returned for a touchdown), six PBUs, three tackles for loss, one forced fumble and one blocked field goal. On offense one catch for 10 yards and one touchdown, six kickoff returns for 138 yards and five punt returns for 41 yards.

Fleming Island (Fla.) High School 35, Mosley (Fla.) High School (9-2) 28 in first round of Class 5A playoffs – Mosley DB/RB Lo’Kavion Jackson; season stats: 48 carries for 651 yards and 17 touchdowns, eight catches for 98 yards. On defense, 57 tackles (39 solos), nine tackles for loss, four quarterback hurries, four sacks, five forced fumbles, two PBUs and two fumble recoveries (one returned for a touchdown). Also two punt returns for 48 yards and two kickoff returns for 32 yards.

Madison Central High School (9-2) 42, Desoto Central High School 14 in first round of Class 7A playoffs – Madison Central OL Josiah Clemons.

Noxubee County High School (9-2) 31, Jefferson Davis County High School 6 in second round of Class 3A playoffs – Noxubee County QB Kamario Taylor was 9 of 14 passing for 150 yards with four touchdown, two rushes for 33 yards; season stats: 116 of 205 for 1,916 yards with 29 touchdowns and four interceptions, 81 rushes for 858 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Velma Jackson High School (10-1) 42, West Tallahatchie High School 14 in second round of Class 1A playoffs – Velma Jackson LB/RB Tyshun Willis; season stats: 51 tackles (39 solos), 36 tackles for loss, 12 sacks, four fumble recoveries (three returned for a touchdowns), two forced fumbles, one PBU and three quarterback hurries. Also returned a blocked punt for a touchdown. On offense, 34 rushes for 520 yards and eight touchdowns, 17 catches for 306 yards and five touchdowns. Also eight punt returns for 446 yards.

Houston (Tenn.) High School 17, Bartlett (Tenn.) High School (7-4) 10 in second round of Class 6A playoffs – Bartlett RB Geron Johnson; season stats: 177 rushes for 1,439 yards and 18 touchdowns, four catches for 69 yards and three kickoff returns for 145 yards and a touchdown.

Choctaw County High School 41, Winona High School (6-6) 27 in second round of Class 3A playoffs – Winona LB Tyler Lockhart; season stats: 81 tackles (32 solos), nine tackles for loss, three sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and one blocked field goal.

West Morgan (Ala.) High School 28, Madison (Ala.) Academy (7-5) 7 in second round of Class 4A playoff – Madison Academy LB AJ Rice; season stats: 138 tackles, 19.5 tackles for loss, three forced fumbles and three PBUs.

Oak Grove High School (8-3) 34, Biloxi High School 20 in first round of Class 7A playoffs – Oak Grove receiver Anson Lewis; season stats: 32 catches for 417 yards and nine touchdowns.

Tupelo High School (11-0) 48, Lewisburg High School 7 in first round of Class 7A playoffs – Tupelo RB Jaeden Hill had three carries for 112 yards and two touchdowns; season stats: 150 carries for 1,548 yards and 26 touchdowns, 12 catches for 184 yards and two touchdowns. Also one kickoff return for 82 yards and a touchdown. Tupelo DB Iverson McCoy had one PBU and two punt returns for 149 yards and one touchdown; season stats: 33 tackles (25 solos), seven PBUs, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and two interceptions. Also five punt returns for 197 yards and one touchdown, four kickoff returns for 99 yards.

Winnsboro (Texas) High School (8-1) 42, Atlanta (Texas) High School 21 in first round of Class 3A playoffs – Winnsboro WR Camden Capehart; season stats: 42 catches for 1,048 yards and 19 touchdowns.

Magee High School 21, Kemper County High School (10-2) 12 in second round of Class 3A playoffs – Kemper County RB/DB Damarius Yates; season stats: 112 carries for 1,198 yards and 15 touchdowns, 27 catches for 431 yards and three touchdowns. Also six kickoff returns for 169 yards and one touchdown, and five punt returns for 85 yards and one touchdown.
