A two-game winning streak was halted over the last week when Mississippi State fell right back into its same bad habits.
Oklahoma and No. 7 Alabama combined to hit 33 three-pointers in two games and scored 170 points over the last three halves of basketball. Two losses later, State is right back to trying to get back playing good basketball as the regular season winds down.
On Saturday, State is back home for the first of a two-game homestand that closes out the year at Humphrey Coliseum.
