Breaking down why 3-star LB Ke’Von Carter signed with NC State

Although NC State jumped in late in three-star linebacker Ke’Von Carter’s recruitment, the Wolfpack’s ability to close helped land his services. He committed without even making a trip to Raleigh, instead Carter relied on what he heard about the program and the setting to pick the Pack.  Carter, a former Texas State pledge, made that commitment official as he signed with NC State on Wednesday.
