How Auburn transfer Donovan Kaufman used intramural sports to train for NC State

After graduate safety Donovan Kaufman announced his commitment to to NC State through the transfer portal in February, he was a normal student at Auburn during the spring semester. He had a new collegiate destination, so Kaufman wasn’t training with the Tigers on the practice field. Although Auburn did send Kaufman their spring workout routine for him to stay in shape as he found a new home, he had more time on his hands. Instead of just completing the workouts as an individual and staying in his apartment, Kaufman tried something new: Intramural sports.  And those went pretty well for the safety.
