DALLAS — DJ Burns would make heck of a third baseman. Each time NC State’s graduate forward is double-teamed, Burns has a knack of finding the open shooter on the perimeter. And he delivers the basketball on a rope, similar to that of an across-the-field throw on a baseball diamond.  Those passes are usually on the money, and often result in knock-down three-pointers by the Wolfpack’s guards. In the Pack’s Sweet 16 win over Marquette on Friday night, Burns got a lot of mileage out of the fastball — finishing with a career high-tying seven assists on the hardwood.
