Inside NC State’s in-helmet communication use coming this fall

Last season, NC State made it a point to huddle when its offense was up and down. That fundamental football technique, which has left the college game for the most part, was impactful as the Pack closed the regular season on a five-game winning streak.  But before quarterback Brennan Armstrong entered his offensive huddle, he still had to look to the sideline for the play-call signal. This fall, however, NC State will be able to make its play-calling more seamless — with additional information — through in-helmet communication.
