NC State at Syracuse: 3 thoughts, a bold prediction and more

After NC State returned to the win column with a 12-point win over Wake Forest on Saturday, its second victory in the last three games, the Wolfpack is back on the road to play at Syracuse on Wednesday night.  The Pack, which hasn’t won a true road game in 375 days, is looking for its first victory outside of Raleigh this season. And it couldn’t come at a more crucial time as NC State makes a late-season push to make the ACC Tournament field in Charlotte next month.  Here are three thoughts, a bold prediction and more to preview the Orange (11-16, 5-11 ACC) and the Wolfpack (11-16, 4-12).
