NC State baseball will appear on national television seven times during its ACC schedule this spring, as announced by ESPN on Thursday.
The Wolfpack will play all seven of its linear television contests on the ACC Network. The following contests will be available on the network:
– March 23 vs. Duke at 3 p.m.
– March 29 vs. Notre Dame at 8 p.m.

NC State played 12 games on national television a year ago, including a pair of midweek contests against East Carolina on ESPNU. It had a pair of games flexed from ACCNX to the main network a year ago, which could occur this season.
The rest of NC State’s home games will be streamed on ACCNX, which is available on the ESPN app.
NC State enters the season ranked No. 13 in the D1Baseball.com Top 25, No. 18 in the NCBWA preseason poll and No. 22 by Baseball America. The Pack opens its season against VCU on Feb. 16 at Doak Field at Dail Park.

Quote of the day
NC State women’s basketball point guard Saniya Rivers was key in the Wolfpack’s win over North Carolina on Thursday night. Here’s some of what she had to say afterwards:
“As the leader and the point guard on this team, you have to know when to calm it down,” Rivers said. “Their job is to speed us up defensively. Obviously, they’re down, trying to get some point scored, but we can’t let them speed us up in moments like that, and I think we stayed composed.”
