NC State men’s basketball wraps up its four-game swing away from PNC Arena this afternoon at Boston College. The Wolfpack traveled to Chestnut Hill, Mass., to open ACC play, and is looking to snap a two-game losing streak. 

The Wolfpack enter the contest 4-2, while the Eagles are 5-2 heading into both team’s league-opening games. This is the Pack’s second true road game of the season after it lost at Ole Miss 72-52 on Tuesday night in the ACC/SEC Challenge.

*** This is the 30th all-time contest between NC State and Boston College. The Wolfpack leads the series with a 16-13 edge and it won the last contest against the Eagles 92-62 on Feb. 11. 

*** Through the first six games, NC State has had a balanced scoring attack. The Pack have had six players lead the team in scoring this season — graduate forward DJ Burns, Arizona State transfer DJ Horne, Clemson transfer Ben Middlebrooks, graduate guard Casey Morsell, freshman guard Dennis Parker Jr. and Butler transfer Jayden Taylor. The red and white have also had eight different players score in double figures this season. 

*** The last time NC State won its ACC opener on the road was when it beat Miami 87-82 on Jan. 3, 2019.
