NC State DE Travali Price continues to generate buzz heading into fall camp

Each time an NC State coach spoke with TheWolfpacker.com over the last month, one name continued to come up unprompted: redshirt junior defensive end Travali Price.  It might not have been a name many were expecting to hear from the Wolfpack’s staff. After all, Price has been largely a rotational defensive lineman, chipping away at carving out a bigger role on the Carter-Finley natural grass surface.  He is not the household name of his position group — that is senior Davin Vann, a captain and emerging leader of the defense. But it was Price’s surge through the offseason that has brought him to the forefront of everyone’s mind in the Murphy Center, even if he is not yet a star on the defense.
