NC State football vs. Notre Dame pregame live update blog
NC State kicks off its 2023 home football slate at noon Saturday against Notre Dame. The Fighting Irish are 2-0 coming into this matchup, and the Wolfpack won its season opener 24-14 against UConn.
Storms rolled into Raleigh in the morning, postponing some tailgate activities and cancelling the Wolfpack’s stadium walk. A flash flood warning is in effect for the area surrounding Carter-Finely Stadium. Stay tuned for weather updates and other pregame notes.

Both teams are back in their respective locker rooms. It is almost time for the game, with kickoff tentatively set for 12:07.
