NC State Newsstand: How Dylan McMahon did at the NFL Combine
The NFL Combine wrapped up with the offensive linemen on Saturday afternoon, and NC State center Dylan McMahon was able to turn heads in his performance at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
McMahon, who checked in at 6-foot-3 and 299 pounds, recorded four top-10 statistics among the rest of the offensive linemen at the combine.
The Savannah, Ga., native posted the second-fastest three-cone drill of any offensive lineman in attendance with a 7.26 performance. His 9-foot-7 broad jump was the fourth-best, while his 4.45 time in the 20-yard shuttle was the fourth-fastest among the offensive linemen.
McMahon’s shuttle time is a notable time when being compared to past combine performances. Underdog Fantasy’s Josh Norris researched that since 2010, only 28 offensive linemen have logged a 4.47 shuttle or better at the combine. Of that group, 24 were drafted, all of which went on to start 84% of their NFL games.

Quote of the day
NC State women’s basketball beat Wake Forest 75-57 on Sunday afternoon, but it was not the Wolfpack’s cleanest game. Though that was the case, coach Wes Moore was happy to end the regular season with a win.
“We fortunately hit some shots, got our mojo and got some stops on the defensive end,” Moore said. “It wasn’t always pretty, but this team seems to find a way to win most of the time. Just glad to get that behind us.”
