NC State is back in Raleigh to open a three-game homestand this weekend against Northern Illinois, a very familiar foe for Wolfpack coach Dave Doeren

Doeren, who is in his 12th season at NC State, became a first-time head coach at Northern Illinois during the 2011 and 2012 seasons. Read more on his two seasons there and how they helped prepare him for the future here

The Wolfpack is coming off a 59-35 loss at Clemson, while the Huskies are entering the game after a 23-20 overtime defeat against Buffalo last weekend.

Here are the television and radio broadcast details for NC State’s contest against Northern Illinois.

What time does the game start?

NC State vs. Northern Illinois begins at noon. ET.

What television channel is the NC State game on?

The game will be broadcast on The CW. Thom Brennanman (play-by-play), Max Browne (analyst) and Carla Gebhardt (sideline) will be on the call.

Where can I find the NC State game on the radio?

Radio pregame coverage begins two hours prior to kickoff with Matt Chazanow (play-by-play), Johnny Evans (analyst) and Tony Haynes (sideline) on the broadcast.

– NC State and Northern Illinois have met just once previously, a 41-14 Wolfpack win in 1997. The Pack was led by Tremayne Stephens and Rashon Spikes, both of whom logged a pair of rushing touchdowns, while Torry Holt caught a score too. 

– The Wolfpack has sold out 16 straight games at Carter-Finley Stadium, a program record. The Pack has already sold out its home date with Duke on Nov. 9 as well. The Pack has won 25 of its last 29 games at home in Raleigh.

– NC State leads the nation in consecutive point after attempts made with 262 straight going back to the 2017 campaign.
