NC State's defense holds on to defeat Northern Illinois
NC State football picked up its third win of the season thanks to a dominant defense effort that held Northern Illinois to 3 second half points and forced 3 turnovers. The Wolfpack left with a 24-17 victory.
Linebacker Caden Fordham recorded 14 tackles, and Davin Vann made 3.5 stops for loss.
