Pack Pros: Alim McNeill lives in backfield with multi-sack performance vs. Dallas Cowboys
Former NC State defensive lineman Alim McNeill is starting to grow comfortable within the Detroit Lions’ front this season. And it seemed like he hit his stride as the Lions dismantled the Dallas Cowboys 47-9 on Sunday afternoon.
McNeill, who entered the game with 0.5 sacks this fall, multiplied that total with a two-sack effort at AT&T Stadium. It marked his second two-sack performance of his career, while he had a pair against the Las Vegas Raiders last season.
“That was cool,” McNeill told reporters postgame of his multi-sack game. “As long as we win the game, I’m good. But it felt good to do that.”
McNeill wasn’t the only Pack Pro in action this weekend. Here’s how the other former NC State standouts did in their NFL games this past week.
