Pack Pros: Former NC State football players in the NFL in 2021

How did former NC State football players do in the NFL during the 2021 season?
The regular season was completed this past weekend, and here is a rundown of how every Pack Pro performed.
C Garrett Bradbury (Played at NC State from 2015-18), Minnesota Vikings: Started at center for the Vikings and played every snap of the 13 games that he appeared in … Missed time with COVID-19 and then was briefly benched upon his return before rejoining to the lineup for the final six weeks … Had a memorable 21-yard reception off a deflected pass … The Vikings finished the regular season 8-9 and fired both its head coach Mike Zimmer and general manager Rick Spielman … New management will have to decide whether or not to pick up the fifth-year option on Bradbury, who has one more year left on his rookie contract.
QB Jacoby Brissett (2014-15), Miami Dolphins: Started five times and played in 11 contests overall for the Dolphins, who finished 9-8 and surprisingly fired head coach Brian Flores … Completed 141 of 225 passes (62.7 percent) for 1,283 yards and five touchdowns with four interceptions for a rating of 78.1, and also ran 19 times for 70 yards and a score … Brissett is an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
DB Juston Burris (2012-15), Carolina Panthers: Started eight out of 10 games that he played and finished with 23 tackles (including 17 solo), one hit for a loss and an interception while battling a groin injury … The Panthers went 5-12 … Burris will be an unrestricted free agent.
OLB Bradley Chubb (2014-17), Denver Broncos: After having ankle surgery following week two, Chubb returned for week 12 and started the final six games of the year … Finished with 21 tackles, including one for a loss, and had an interception he nearly returned for a touchdown … Also added four quarterback hits … The Broncos went 7-10 and fired head coach Vic Fangio.
P A.J. Cole III (2015-18), Las Vegas Raiders: Enjoyed a banner season for the Raiders, leading the NFL with a punting average of 50.0 yards per attempt, the eighth-best single-season mark in league history … Was selected to the Pro Bowl and during the season signed a four-year contract extension worth $12 million, including a $2 million signing bonus and $5.6 million guaranteed … The Raiders finished 10-7 and qualified for the playoffs as a wild card.
QB Mike Glennon (2009-12), New York Giants: Played in six games and made four starts, completing 90 of 167 passes (53.9 percent) for 790 yards and four touchdowns with 10 interceptions for a passer rating of 49.7 … Also ran seven times for 33 yards and a score … The Giants finished 4-13 on the season, and Glennon will be an unrestricted free agent.
WR Kelvin Harmon (2016-18), Washington Football Team: After being released during training camp, Harmon was brought back to the practice squad Sept. 29 … Washington finished the regular season 7-10.
DL B.J. Hill Jr. (2014-17), Cincinnati Bengals: Played in 16 games and had a pair of starts while piling up a career-high 50 tackles (29 solo) and matching his rookie season for his most sacks with 5.5 … Added six total tackles for loss and 12 quarterback hits … The Bengals finished the regular season 10-7 and won the AFC North … Hill is set to be an unrestricted free agent during the offseason.
RB Nyheim Hines (2015-17), Indianapolis Colts: Suited up for all 17 games and made four starts … Rushed 56 times for 276 yards and a pair of scores, and caught 40 passes for 310 yards and another touchdown … Also returned 23 punts for 170 yards, an average of 7.4 yards, and four kickoffs for 70 yards (17.5 yards) … The Colts finished the season with a 9-8 record.
DB Dontae Johnson (2010-13), San Francisco 49ers: After beginning the season on the practice squad, Johnson proceeded to play in 16 games and made three starts … Finished regular season with 30 tackles (20 solo), two pass breakups, two fumble recoveries and a forced fumble … 49ers went 10-7 and earned a wild card into the NFL Playoffs … Johnson will be an unrestricted free agent in the offseason.
DB Josh Jones (2014-16), Jacksonville Jaguars/Indianapolis Colts/Seattle Seahawks: Jones was placed on the reserve/non-football injury list by the Jags before being released on Aug. 31 … He was picked up by the Indianapolis Colts Oct. 20 and played six games, making five tackles (three solo) … After being released by the Colts, Seattle added him and he played the final four games there, including starting the regular-season finale … He had 11 tackles (seven solo) and a pass breakup for the Seahawks.
DT Justin Jones (2014-17), Los Angeles Chargers: A calf injury in the season opener forced Jones to miss seven games, but he returned for the final 10 and started all 11 contests he played … Finished the regular season with a career-high 37 tackles (19 solo), including a personal-best three sacks while matching his previous high with five tackles for loss … Added five quarterback hits, two fumble recoveries and a pass breakup … The Chargers finished 9-8 … Jones is set to be an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
OL Ted Larsen (2006-09), New York Giants: Larsen injured his knee in the preseason finale and was placed on injured reserve before being released Sept. 9.
CB Nick McCloud (2016-19/finished at Notre Dame), Cincinnati Bengals/Buffalo Bills: Was an undrafted free agent signing for the Buffalo Bills and waived on the final roster cuts Aug. 31 … He was claimed by the Bengals one day later and played two games for Cincinnati prior to being waived Nov. 4 … Picked back up by the Bills for their practice squad Nov. 8.
DT T.Y. McGill Jr. (2011-14), Philadelphia Eagles/Washington/Minnesota Vikings: Began the season on the COVID restricted list for the Eagles before Philadelphia released him Sept. 13 … Was signed to Washington’s practice squad Sept. 28 and then released Nov. 1 … Eight days later was added to the Vikings’ practice squad before being promoted to the active roster for the final two games, where he assisted on a tackle for a loss, broke up a pass and had a quarterback hit.
DT Alim McNeill (2018-20), Detroit Lions: The rookie started six games and played in all 17 for the Lions, who finished 3-13-1 … Had 39 tackles (15 solo), including three for loss and a pair of sacks, while adding three quarterback hits and a pass breakup.

WR Jakobi Meyers (2016-18), New England Patriots: Started 16 of the 17 games he played and finished with career highs of 83 catches for 866 yards and two touchdowns … Was targeted 126 times, and led New England in receptions and receiving yards … Also completed both of his pass attempts for 45 yards … Patriots went 10-7 in regular season and will be a wild card in the NFL Playoffs … Meyers is set to be a restricted free agent this offseason.
TE Thaddeus Moss (2016/finished at LSU), Cincinnati Bengals: Moss spent most of the year on the Bengals’ practice squad … Was elevated to the active roster Nov. 27 but injured his hamstring in pregame warmups.
DT Larrell Murchison (2018-19), Tennessee Titans: The second-year pro made his first five career starts and played in 11 games overall … Finished with eight tackles (four solo), including one for a loss.
LB Germaine Pratt (2014-18), Cincinnati Bengals: Started all 15 games he played in this season and made a career-high 91 tackles (57 solo), including five for loss and assisting on a sack … Added an interception, two pass breakups, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and two quarterback hits.
OT Will Richardson Jr. (2015-17), Jacksonville Jaguars: Played in 13 games during the season and started twice … Had a fumble recovery for a touchdown … Richardson is set to be an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
RB Jaylen Samuels (2014-17), Pittsburgh Steelers/Houston Texans: Samuels was waived in the final round of preseason cuts by the Steelers and signed to their practice squad before being released on Oct. 27 … Two days later he was picked up on the Texans’ practice squad and promoted for three games late in the regular season, carrying five times for nine yards and catching three passes for 14 yards.
DE James Smith-Williams (2016-19), Washington Football Team: The second-year pro saw an increased role, playing 14 games and making the first six starts of his career … Had 30 tackles (11 solo), including four for loss and 2.5 sacks … Also had five quarterback hits.
DL Kentavius Street (2014-17), San Francisco 49ers: Street played all 17 games and made a pair of starts … Had a career-high 27 tackles (15 solo), including six for loss and his first three sacks in the NFL … Added five quarterback hits and a forced fumble … Set to become an unrestricted free agent.
OG Joe Thuney (2012-15), Kansas City Chiefs: In his first season with the Chiefs after signing a five-year, $80-million contract in the offseason, Thuney started every game for 12-5 Kansas City, who won the top seed in the AFC playoffs … Played every snap in all but three contests … Primary position was left guard, but filled in at left tackle in a late-season loss at Cincinnati.
WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (2013-14/Finished at USF), Green Bay Packers: Played 11 games and started seven, making 26 catches for 430 yards and three touchdowns … Green Bay finished 13-4 and will be the top seed in the NFC playoffs.
QB Russell Wilson (2007-09/Finished at Wisconsin), Seattle Seahawks: Missed three games with a finger injury but started the other 14 he played in and completed 259 of 400 passes (64.8 percent) for 3,113 yards and 25 touchdowns with six interceptions … He added 43 rushes for 183 yards and two more scores … Finished with a QB rating of 103.1, which was fourth best in the NFL … The Seahawks finished 7-10.
