Despite being recruited by NC State as a quarterback, Jakobi Meyers has been successful as a wide receiver since he made the position change one week before his redshirt freshman season began.

Meyers logged 1,932 receiving yards during his Wolfpack career, including 1,047 as a junior before he turned professional following the 2018 season. While that remained his only campaign across the storied mark, Meyers was able to repeat that with a stellar Week 18 performance.

The Pack Pro had nine receptions for 123 yards and a touchdown in a 34-20 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.on Sunday, which put him over the 1,000 yard mark for the first time in his NFL career — just the 11th undrafted player in NFL history to do so. Meyers finished the 2024 campaign with 1,027 yards and four touchdowns on 87 catches.

Meyers, who entered the afternoon needing a big game to hit the storied mark, already set a career best in receiving yards before he took the field against the Chargers. His previous high was 866 yards during the 2021 season with the New England Patriots, and he easily surpassed that this season as the Raiders’ top wide receiver.

While Meyers had a big day to cap the year, he wasn’t the only Pack Pro in action. Here’s a look at how every former NC State player fared in their respective NFL games this weekend.
