Roster reset: NC State looks to replace Davin Vann along defensive line this spring

When NC State’s defensive line trots onto the Wolfpack’s practice field this spring, it will be without one of its mainstays for the first time. Davin Vann, who rose through the program to become a key face of the unit, is out of eligibility. Now, NC State will have to look elsewhere to replace his impact.  While that’s said, the Pack does return several playmakers on the front, including senior defensive tackle Brandon Cleveland. Can he become NC State’s new leader on the defensive front? Time will tell, but this spring will provide a glimpse of it.  This is the sixth position-by-position breakdown of the Pack’s roster going into its spring practice slate, which is set to begin on Feb. 25.  Let’s take a dive into the defensive line
