Roster reset: NC State returns bulk of wide receiver room, who could replace Kevin Concepcion this spring?

NC State’s pass game is expected to have a revamped look to it under new offensive coordinator Kurt Roper, who will be in his first year of calling plays for the Wolfpack this fall. His up-tempo, pro-style system is one that the Pack is excited to deploy, and its wide receivers are sure to be impactful in it when the season ramps up in August.  But before that happens, the Wolfpack’s wideouts will be on full display this spring as they work to continue to build chemistry with another offseason catching passes from sophomore quarterback CJ Bailey. This is the third position-by-position breakdown of the Pack’s roster going into its spring practice slate, which is set to begin on Feb. 25.  Let’s take a look at NC State’s wide receivers.
