Among the topics that were discussed in the latest episode of The Wolfpacker Show:
• A breakdown on just how good the NC State basketball team was on Wednesday evening, and if there was anything that Virginia Tech could have done on an evening when the backcourt for the Wolfpack combined for 50 points, 13 assists and just 1 turnover.
• Any cause for concern with the performance of honorable mention All-ACC post player D.J. Burns Jr., who had just one basket and 3 points while battling foul trouble? Or might the limited minutes prove to be a blessing in disguise if the Pack is going to make a run for a potential league title in Greensboro?
• A look ahead to Thursday’s quarterfinal showdown with Clemson, who has proven to be a tough matchup for NC State this year and will be fighting to make an uphill climb to get an at-large berth into the NCAA Tournament. The Tigers routed the Pack by 25 points in the final regular season game at PNC Arena in Raleigh.
