After an electric freshman campaign, sophomore wide receiver Kevin “KC” Concepcion was among one of the top playmakers in the ACC. But after a season that didn’t match his first year at NC State, the slot receiver is set to enter the transfer portal when it opens on Dec. 8.  Concepcion, who logged 53 receptions for 460 yards and six touchdowns this past fall, leaves a void at starting inside wide receiver for the Wolfpack. While his loss will sting for NC State, the Pack has an opportunity to make the most of his departure from the program. The Charlotte native was the first of three players to announce their intention to transfer when the portal opens next week. He was joined by linebackers Jayland Parker and Wyatt Wright, and defensive tackle DJ Jackson that also made the same decision to find a new program on Monday.  Here’s a look at what those four transfer portal entries mean for NC State moving forward.
