Where NC State stands in 3-star LB Tony Williams’ Top-12 list

NC State defensive line coach Charley Wiles walked into Jacksonville (Fla.) Raines High last month and found what he was looking for: a physical defender that gets after it on the field. And it didn’t matter that it wasn’t a defensive lineman, Wiles seemed to be prepared to offer just about anyone that fit that mold.  As it turned out, three-star linebacker Tony Williams was a clear-cut candidate. Wiles sat down with the prep star before extending an offer later that day.
