Why Utah State transfer OT Teague Andersen committed to NC State: ‘It just felt right’
When Utah State tackle Teague Andersen entered the transfer portal at the beginning of the month, he quickly heard from about 20 college coaches from all over the country. He worked his way through each program, starting to build relationships with coaches he felt he lined up with. But there was one that stood out above the rest: NC State offensive line coach Garett Tujague. He had previously recruited Andersen as a three-star offensive lineman out of Lehi (Utah) High School at Virginia, but injuries derailed that process. Now, however, this year was different. Andersen, an experienced starter with two years of eligibility remaining, was one that Tujague wasn’t going to let get away.
