Wolfpacker weekend preview: NC State vs Syracuse

The NC State Wolfpack finishes out the 2021 season with a two-game homestand, the first of which comes this weekend against the Syracuse Orange. On3 film analyst Thomas Frank Carr is back with his preview of the game and what he’s seen from the Wolfpack’s next opponent.

He starts on the offensive side of the ball and highlights the two most dangerous players for Syracuse, running back Sean Tucker and quarterback Garrett Shrader. Both are explosive rushers who can take any play the distance. So what is the key to stopping them? Something that NC State has been good at all season; discipline.
