Homegrown movement continues for Nebraska in 2025 class; Huskers land RB Conor Booth
Nebraska offered running back Conor Booth this summer following an impressive camp performance in Lincoln. The 6-foot-1.5 and 212-pound running back prospect for the Huskers played fullback last year for Wahoo (Neb.) Bishop Neumann. The Huskers have told Booth they can see him as a running back doing fullback-type things. Booth is the third commitment in the 2025 class for Nebraska.
Conor Booth is the third player from Nebraska to commit to the Huskers to be part of the 2025 class. Nebraska sees Booth playing running back in their offense after a standout performance at a summer camp in Lincoln in June.
Booth, who played fullback for Neumann, had 20 total touchdowns a year ago. He carried the ball 72 times and rushed for 964 yards, including 18 touchdowns. He had a 13.4 average yards per carry.
As a receiver, Booth had four receptions for 100 yards and a touchdown. He also had a kickoff return for a touchdown and averaged 40 yards per punt.

Bishop Neumann has changed offenses from Booth’s sophomore year to this season. Booth is playing more of a feature back in the offense this year, where he shined in their season opener against Milford.
Booth joins two others in the 2025 class who are also from Nebraska. Caden VerMaas from Omaha (Neb.) Millard North and Tyson Terry from Omaha (Neb.) North each committed to Nebraska earlier this year.
