Husker legacy WR Quinn Clark commits to Nebraska
The son of Nebraska I-Back Ken Clark, Quinn Clark, will follow in his dad’s footsteps to Lincoln to become a Husker. The 6-foot-5 and 195-pound Clark is the No. 1 player in Montana in 2024. Clark, from Bozeman (Mont.) Gallatin picked up an offer from Nebraska following his summer camp performance on June 12th.
“I think that family is an important factor with football,” Clark said. “The fact that coach Rhule has come in and already built such a strong family environment is important to me.”
Quinn Clark is following his father to Nebraska
Quinn is the son of late Nebraska running back Ken Clark. Getting a chance to play for the Huskers like his dad did before him was important to his decision.
“It’s special to me. It’s always been in my mind, playing for the same team and carrying on his legacy. At the same time, I think that this is my story now too.”
On Clark’s official visit, the Nebraska offensive coaching staff did a presentation of the offense they plan to install and run. Clark said the
“I like the way coach Satterfield runs his offense,” Clark said. “He kept harping on being the most aggressive offense in college football and I can buy into that. He also said he’s a big shot taker and throws down the field and that’s my thing!”
Clark was a summer camp offer after a great performance
Clark caught the eye of the Nebraska staff during summer camp. Matt Rhule and his staff only made a couple of on-the-field offers during summer camp, and one of those offers was to Clark.
“I got the offer on the field. During one on ones after I won my first rep, coach Rhule called me over and offered me on the field.

“After the camp, I was able to talk to coach and ask him some questions. Then after that I got a chance to take a tour of the campus.”
Clark is one of nearly 20 players to pick up an offer from Nebraska during the summer camp evaluation process. Clark received several personal camp invites for this summer and visited Iowa State in April.
Like many of the athletes that Nebraska is recruiting, Clark is a standout at track. He was the divisional champ in the high jump with a jump of 6’4″. He also placed third in the long jump with a leap of 21’5″.
Clark is likely being looked at to play the X wide receiver position. He joins Dae’Vonn Hall and Isaiah McMorris from Bellevue (Neb.) West, who are the other two wide receivers in the class. Keelan Smith from Liberty (Mo.) North could also end up as a wide receiver in the class.
Clark had 58 receptions in his junior year for 918 yards and 15 touchdowns. He averaged 15.8 yards per catch and had a 77-yard reception last season.
