Nebraska lands a PWO commitment from JUCO forward Justin Bolis

Nebraska still has two open scholarships for next season, but it added another piece to its roster on Thursday.
Southeast (Neb.) Community College forward and former Lincoln (Neb.) High standout Justin Bolis committed to NU as a preferred walk-on. He will have three seasons of eligibility with the Huskers.

The 6-foot-9 Bolis averaged 15.5 ppg, 8.7 rpg, and 1.4 apg last season as a freshman. He also shot 52% from the field and 37.5% from 3-point range.
Bolis averaged 8.8 ppg, 5.6 rpg, and 1.3 bpg as a senior at Lincoln High in 2022-23.
His addition comes after Thursday’s news that starting forward Rienk Mast will miss the 2024-25 campaign to knee surgery. The Huskers have two available scholarships for next season.
