Nebraska Volleyball earns four All-American honors, Rodriguez four-time All-American
Nebraska Volleyball earned four AVCA All-American honors on Wednesday. Libero Lexi Rodriguez and middle blocker Andi Jackson were named First-Team All-Americans. Outside hitter Harper Murray and setter Bergen Reilly are second-team selections.
Rodriguez is the third Husker to earn four All-American honors, joining Sarah Pavan and Kadie Rolfzen. The 5-foot-5 libero is a three-time First Team selection (2021, 2023, 2024) and a second-team pick in 2022.
Reilly was also a Second Team All-American as a freshman in 2023. Murray elevated her game to be a second-team selection after making third-team as a freshman.

Jackson made the largest jump of all, literally. The 6-foot-3 middle blocker was not an All-American as a freshman in 2023. She made an AVCA All-Region team in 2023 and was eligible to be an All-American, but she was not selected.
Opposite Merritt Beason dropped from first-team honors to no honors.
Former Husker outside hitter Ally Batenhorst was named an All-American Honorable Mention at USC.
Here is a quick rundown of each Huskers’ accomplishments:
The All-Americans
Rodriguez leads Nebraska with 3.91 digs per set and adds 1.04 assists per set. Under her leadership, the Huskers have statistically one of the best defenses in the country. Their opponents are hitting .139 in 2024, which is ranked fourth nationally. The senior captain is a four-time All-Big Ten First Team pick and a three-time Big Ten Defensive Player/Libero of the Year. She is nine digs away from 1,891 career digs and breaking Nebraska’s all-time record.
