Rebekah Allick, MB, Jr.
Husker middle blocker Rebekah Allick is returning from an off-season surgery. The junior is close to being fully cleared but is still finding her way back to complete health. She did not participate in beach volleyball to focus on her rehab.
The 6-foot-4 middle blocker improved offensively during her sophomore season. However, she still has room to grow and has been focusing on it this spring. Allick is Nebraska’s best blocker and one of the best blockers in the country. However, she wants to be more than a great blocker.
In 2023, Allick recorded 185 kills and hit .329. The Lincoln Native had three games with double-digit kills but is capable of taking on a bigger role in this offense. She had a team-high and career-high 158 blocks in 105 sets.
Lindsay Krause, OH, Sr.
Outside hitter Lindsay Krause is also returning from an injury. She suffered a season-ending ankle injury in 2023 and missed 21 total matches in 2023. This spring, she participated in beach volleyball and was 100 percent during spring practice. She is working hard to get her vertical and confidence back.

Before Krause’s injury, the 6-foot-4 hitter was hitting her stride and playing her best volleyball at Nebraska. She hit over .380 for four straight matches and had 15 kills and hit .519 against Michigan. In her last match of the season, she led NU to sweep Penn State behind 13 kills and a .300 clip.
Krause will have added competition on the left pin with Taylor Landfair transferring from Minnesota. However, in her senior season, the Omaha native is determined to go out with a national title trophy.
Bergen Reilly, S, So.
Nebraska setter Bergen Reilly completely transformed the Huskers’ offensive efficiency in 2023. She had many reliable and powerful hitters, but her consistent and smart sets put them in great positions. As a freshman, she was named the Big Ten Setter of the Year, a First-Team All-Big Ten selection and a second-team AVCA All-American.
In her sophomore season, she has been challenged with fine-tuning the offense, including its tempo, and taking on a larger leadership role. Setters are always required to take on a leadership role and Reilly did a nice job in 2023. However, her coaches are encouraging her to speak up and take more initiative.
Reilly has also been working on becoming a better all-around player by improving her defense and serve. After a phenomenal freshman campaign, the pressure to improve and maintain will be high for Reilly, but she has proven that she loves a challenge.
