Nine Blackshirts awarded before first practice in Ireland

DUBLIN, Ireland – As head coach Scott Frost noted on Sunday before Nebraska flew out to Ireland, a select group of Huskers were officially awarded Blackshirts before the team’s first practice in Dublin on Wednesday.
Defensive linemen Ty Robinson and Colton Feist; EDGEs Garrett Nelson and Caleb Tannor; linebackers Luke Reimer and Nick Henrich; and defensive backs Myles Farmer, Quinton Newsome, and Marques Buford Jr. were the first recipients.
Frost also mentioned that other defenders could receive Blackshirts once they had played a game for Nebraska.
