Topeka (Kan.) Hayden interior offensive lineman Joe Otting was aware Notre Dame had an eye on him, but he didn't realize the offer would come when it did. Last week, Notre Dame offensive coordinator Tommy Rees headed to the Kansas City area after the staff was unable to get there earlier this winter. While around, he visited the 6-4, 270-pound member of the class of 2023.
