CJ Carr commits to Notre Dame; here are players he wants to recruit right away

In an interview with Blue & Gold before making his commitment to Notre Dame public, Saline (Mich.) High class of 2024 quarterback CJ Carr noted several times that he is excited to build a recruiting class with head coach Marcus Freeman and Co.
