Elite 2025 QB Cutter Boley includes Notre Dame in his top 10
Notre Dame has received clarity on where they stand in 2025 four-star quarterback Cutter Boley’s recruitment. On Friday, the 6-foot-5, 200-pound Boley revealed a top 10 that included Alabama, Florida State, Kentucky, Miami (Fla.), Michigan, Notre Dame, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee and TCU.
Boley, a sophomore at Hodgenville (Ky.) Lexington Christian Academy, has zeroed in on 10 schools after reporting 21 Power Five scholarship offers.
Irish quarterbacks coach Gino Guidugli offered Boley on March 17 during Notre Dame’s Pot of Gold Day recruiting event. That same day, the Irish gave scholarships to 64 other 2025 recruits, including three quarterbacks.
In addition to Boley, Notre Dame has also offered Belleville (Mich.) High’s Bryce Underwood (6-3, 220 pounds), Nashville Brentwood Academy’s George MacIntyre (6-5 1/2, 185), Warner Robins (Ga.) Houston County’s Antwann Hill (6-4 1/2, 205), Saraland (Ala.) High’s K.J. Lacey (6-1, 180), Lucedale (Miss.) George County’s Deuce Knight (6-4, 190) and Findlay (Ohio) High’s Ryan Montgomery (6-3, 210).
Each one of those passers is ranked within the On3 Industry Ranking’s — a proprietary algorithm that compiles ratings and rankings from all four primary recruiting media services — top 160 overall players and top 12 quarterbacks.
Boley is the No. 40 overall player, No. 3 quarterback and No. 1 prospect in Kentucky in 2025, according to the On3 Industry Ranking. He has a 93.95 rating. In On3’s own rankings, Boley is the No. 30 overall player, No. 4 quarterback and No. 1 prospect in Kentucky, and he has a 94 rating.
As a sophomore, Boley completed 254-400 (63.5%) passes for 3,901 yards, 36 touchdowns and 15 interceptions. During his freshman season, he had 1,391 passing yards and 17 total touchdowns.
Boley’s On3 NIL Valuation annual value is $275,000. That mark ranks No 25 among high school football prospects.

A look at where Notre Dame stands in Boley’s recruitment
So far, Boley has reported 33 unofficial college recruiting visits across 14 schools. He has visited Kentucky (7), Tennessee (6), Michigan (4), Purdue (3), Notre Dame (2), Penn State (2), Ole Miss, Florida State, West Virginia, Alabama, Miami (Fla.), Clemson, South Carolina and LSU.
Purdue, Ole Miss and West Virginia did not make his top 10. Meanwhile, Clemson, South Carolina and LSU have not yet offered Boley. Clemson typically does not offer high school recruits until June 1, after their sophomore years, headed into their junior seasons.
Boley participated in Notre Dame’s Irish Invasion camp on June 5. He returned for an unofficial college recruiting visit on March 25. Boley and Knight were the only 2025 quarterback targets to visit South Bend this spring.
Boley’s sister, Erin Boley, played on the Notre Dame women’s basketball team during the 2016-17 season. She transferred to Oregon, where she spent the next four seasons.
Kentucky has a 94% chance of landing Cutter’s commitment, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, which utilizes machine learning to forecast college choices. Four On3 Recruiting Insider predictions are favoring the Wildcats.
