Where Notre Dame fits in 4-star RB Davian Groce's recruitment as it evolves

In the 2026 recruiting cycle, Notre Dame football’s running backs board is wide open. So, do not count out Frisco (Texas) Lone Star four-star prospect Davian Groce from being the prospect to emerge from it, especially since he might not play the position in college when all is said and done. Of the 10 high school juniors that running backs coach Deland McCullough has offered, none have unofficially visited campus. But Groce, the On3 Industry Ranking’s No. 27 overall player and No. 1 running back in the class, is considering changing that sentiment, especially since he is considering changing positions.
