Saturday will not be the last time Notre Dame and Louisville see each other in a football-related capacity until 2030. The Fighting Irish and Cardinals are in fierce competition for five 2026 class four-star recruits, two of whom will be in South Bend in Week 5 when the two Top-25 opponents face off.
