How to watch Notre Dame football game vs. Tennessee State
Notre Dame begins its home slate at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday in South Bend. The Irish will host Tennessee State, their first FCS opponent in program history.
TSU is also the first school from a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) to visit Notre Dame.
On NBC and Peacock, regular Notre Dame play-by-play announcer Jac Collinsworth is still out sick, so regular radio voice Paul Burmeister will fill in on television and streaming platforms, as first reported by The Athletic’s Pete Sampson. Burmeister will join color commentator Jason Garrett, sideline reporter Zora Stephenson and rules analyst Reggie Smith on the call.
Noah Eagle, who called Notre Dame’s 42-3 win over Navy this past Saturday at Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland, will announce West Virginia at Penn State this week instead.
Graduate quarterback Sam Hartman is set to make his home debut for the Irish after a terrific first game in blue and gold. Hartman threw for 251 yards and four touchdowns in the blowout win.
