Newsstand: Notre Dame men’s and women’s basketball in the rankings
BlueandGold.com published 15 stories on Monday, including content on the surging Notre Dame men’s basketball team and the women’s basketball team that has a strong seed in the ACC Tournament.
Mike Brey’s Notre Dame squad hasn’t been ranked in the Associated Press poll since the 2016-17 season but got votes in the updated rankings Monday.
The Irish received three votes for a total of nine points, which puts them unofficially at No. 30. That’s their highest “ranking” this season, though the four total votes and 17 points they earned in the Feb. 14 update stand as the season-best totals in those categories.
