Scottsdale (Ariz.) Notre Dame Preparatory’s Cooper Perry, the nation’s No. 244 overall player and No. 36 wide receiver nationally per the 2025 On3 Industry Ranking, had a great summer. His offer list added new schools as well and is up to 17 scholarships.
