2026 four-star linebacker prospect Kobe Clapper has excelled the last two years at a place comparable to the University of Notre Dame.  The On3 Industry Ranking's No. 258 overall player and No. 12 prospect in Ohio in his class attends Cincinnati St. Xavier High School, one of Ohio's largest Catholic college prep schools. Its football program is nationally renowned and has produced four state championships.  So, when the Notre Dame football program offered the 6-foot-2, 195-pounder a full-ride scholarship last spring, it immediately interested him.
