Singer: Perspective on Kyngston Viliamu-Asa’s massive commitment to Notre Dame

While at various points of his recruiting process Notre Dame was the team to beat for Kyngstonn Viliamu-Asa, there seemed to be the most confidence on the Ohio State side of things in the past week for the four-star class of 2024 linebacker. However, in talking to a Notre Dame source two weeks ago, the Irish had real optimism as well and kept that feeling through his decision weekend. Notre Dame didn't mind that the narrative was that Ohio State was trending for Viliamu-Asa. It makes the victory over their recruiting rivals just that much sweeter.
