Three recruits signed to play for the Notre Dame football program will participate in the U.S. Army Bowl game on Saturday. Defensive linemen Davion Dixon, Dominik Hulak and Joseph Reiff will all represent the Fighting Irish in the annual all-star game at the Ford Center at the Star in Frisco.

The U.S. Army Bowl differs from the All-American Bowl. That game is on Jan. 11, 2025, at the Alamodome in San Antonio and on NBC. The U.S. Army was the title sponsor of the All-American Bowl from 2001-17.  This year is the third edition of the U.S. Army Bowl game, which began in 2021.

This year, the United States Navy is the All-American Bowl title sponsor, replacing American Family Insurance. From 2001-17, the U.S. Army was the title sponsor of the All-American Bowl, but it chose not to renew its partnership with NBC seven years ago.

Last year, current Irish wide receiver Micah Gilbert and linebacker Bodie Kahoun participated in the U.S. Army Bowl. This year, the defensive line trio of Dixon, Hulak and Reiff will be there. The game kicks off at 8 p.m. Marquee Sports Network will have television coverage.
