“He’s an awesome player. He’s not the biggest receiver, but he’s definitely more of a slot guy. I was talking to a Notre Dame source this morning, and the Irish are fired up about Jason Robinson. He’s a four-star receiver who is from Southern California, but his dad’s work brought him out to Houston, but now he’s back at Long Beach (Calif.) Poly, which is considered a USC-feeder school. He was committed to USC for a while, but he decommitted from the Trojans in February I believe.
“Colorado and Notre Dame are the two that we knew instantly would be a big contender for him. He visited Notre Dame for the Boston College game in November, and that trip went very well. USC is still very much in the mix as well. He visited Cal this time last month. Those are the four schools mostly involved for him. If you’re going to ask me where I think he’ll end up right now, I would go with Notre Dame.”
