Notre Dame football 2022 freshmen height and weight listings on eve of fall camp
The 10 June arrivals from Notre Dame’s freshman class will put on a gold helmet (a dimmed-down version, that is) for the first time in their careers Friday when the Irish open camp. They spent nearly two months with strength coach Matt Balis in summer workouts preparing for their first taste of college football.
It seems they made gains from those grueling mornings, though, when comparing their listed weight on signing day in December to the updated measurements on Notre Dame’s roster. The 12 early enrollee freshmen already went through winter workouts and spring practice, but returned for another round with Balis this summer as well. Two of three scholarship transfers did the same.
