2023 NFL Scouting Combine: Full results for Notre Dame football participants
The NFL Combine workouts for the quartet of former Notre Dame players at the event are complete. Tight end Michael Mayer, defensive end Isaiah Foskey, safety Brandon Joseph, offensive lineman Jarrett Patterson and the other 300-plus prospects invited to the annual scouting bonanza are onto the next steps of their pre-draft processes.
Mayer, Foskey, Joseph and Patterson each went through on-field workouts and testing at the combine. Foskey started Thursday, followed by Joseph on Friday, Mayer on Saturday and Patterson on Sunday.
Next in the pre-draft process are individual meetings with teams between now and the draft, which begins April 27. Those four can work out and test again in front of NFL teams at Notre Dame Pro Day March 24 if they wish.
Here’s a recap of the Notre Dame prospects’ combine testing performances and measurements, plus commentary from NFL Network analyst Daniel Jeremiah during the combine broadcast. If an individual testing event is not listed for a player, he did not partake in it at the combine. All participated in on-field workouts. (Combine results for every prospect and position can be found here).

Jeremiah on Mayer: “This is a big-body target. He can go up and get it. Big catch radius. Tough catches, combat catches. That was one of the things — how much separation can he get? Does he get a lot of separation? Well, a lot of times it doesn’t matter. He’s unbelievable at contested catches.”
